About Me

Spacecraft Air Revitalization System - Proof of Concept Device

After 30 years of working as a mechanical engineer, I retired.  As a former NASA engineer, realizing the importance of math and science in education,  I decided to become a math, chemistry and physics tutor to share my learning and experience with the future generations.  Helping many students understand basic math concepts to calculus and statistics, general chemistry and physics has been one of my greatest joys.

Teaching Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) classes and  helping many students prepare for the GED, SAT, ACT and GRE tests have also enabled many students achieve their goals.  Periodically I offer free workshops to students of all ages to engage them in exciting fields such as robotics (See robotics section tab on this blog).

Tutoring can be done one on one in person, via the internet or in small groups.  I live in the Cy-Fair area near 290 and Spring Cypress and will travel up to 20 miles to meet you.  If you prefer, I can tutor via the web via ZOOM. Feel free to call or text me at 832-488-0125 for more information.  Don't forget to check out the other tabs and links on this blog and my website:  www.MartysTutoring.com and my Facebook page:  https://www.facebook.com/MartysTutoring.  Comments are always welcomed and appreciated.
